Step 1 : Terminal Entrance
• All passengers including all belongings pass through the security screening at the terminal entrance (Terminal Screening).
• For any passengers whom travelling with wheelchairs, please contact security officer in front of the terminal entrance to provide the wheelchairs lane (all belongings must be screen as normal).
Step 2 : Check-in and Baggage Loading
• Check-in at the airline check-in counter, the airport’s Common Use Self Service (CUSS) or through the online check-in.
• Weigh your baggage, then receive your boarding pass and baggage tag at the airline check-in counter.
• Take your baggage to the Hold Baggage checkpoint for baggage screening. Proceed to the departure hall on the 2nd Floor.
Step 3 : Security Checkpoint
Passengers are required to show the identity document (ID card, driver license or passport etc.) and boarding pass to the security staff before passing through the X-ray checkpoint and screening the carry-on baggage.
Step 4 : Immigration
For international flights, passengers need to pass the departure immigration. Passengers are required to show passports and any other immigration-related documents. (in case of international flight, the international X-ray checkpoint is located behind the immigration’s area)
Step 5 : Departure Gate
Passengers wait for boarding in the Departure Lounge until boarding time.
