Hat Yai Airport provides wheelchair services for passengers who require special assistance at the terminal entrance. If you need to request a wheelchair once inside the terminal, please contact the airline staff of your respective airline.

Terms and Conditions

1. Hat Yai International Airport (HDY) provides wheelchair support services to facilitate passengers while waiting for check-in and those who use the airport service only.

2. If any passenger wants to use a wheelchair after Check-in, please contact your airline and request service at the check-in counter.

3. The borrowers need to bring either "ID card or Driver License or Passport" for wheelchair service and must be returned at the wheelchair service area.

If the above documents are not available, HDY reserves the right to discontinue offering wheelchair services.

4. Please use the elevator for going up-down between floors.

5. The borrower must take care of the wheelchair. In case of damage or loss, the borrower is responsible for compensating for the damages under any circumstances.

6. If an accident occurs while using the wheelchair, HDY reserves the right not to take responsibility in any cases.
